How to log a support request

Whatever issue or request you have we are here to help. 

We have lots of ways you can log a support request with us, in order to help you as soon as possible please supply as much information as possible.

  1. Send an email to helpdesk@qnetworks.co.uk

  2. Call us on 02476889191

  4. Submit your request via your desktop icon by clicking on 'Help Request Form'

  3. Use our support portal using the link below (Account creation is required prior to access)
