In addition to world leading Antivirus detection and removal Sophos also serves the following features:

  • Threat Analysis (forensic breakdown of when attacks are attempted)
  • Zero Day Exploit Protection (protection from threats not yet "known")
  • Network Threat Protection (Agents across your network monitor each other and take steps to isolate themselves from any compromised devices)

Bitdefender is our standard industry protection service. 

Reputable, tried and tested; this product ranks consistently high on all leading antivirus/antimalware testing charts.

Patch & Monitor

Our secure cloud management and monitoring agent will be installed on all your devices to ensure we can assist and maintain your devices with the minimum of disruption. Providing a 24x7 service helping to ensure your as protected and up to date as possible. 

Proactive Monitoring

  

"Taking the fight" to problems before you notice them. Most IT support is "reactive" only relying on the customer reporting issues before they are ticketed, queued and finally resolved.

Once we're onboard we regularly sweep your devices using our management and monitoring agents to intercept issues before they arise … Often fixing the problem even before you notice it!

Remote Support

How does it work?

Simple! Using our remote management tools, our engineers can connect to your devices and take direct control with the minimum of effort from you.

Client PC's

We will ALWAYS request permission from the business or from the user of the machine before initiating a connection unless the machine is un-occupied. 

We take your privacy very seriously and our remote access is only used to take control in line with our duty to provide IT Support & Services.

Servers

Given the nature of servers; they are generally 99.99% of the time left to their own devices and users do not login to them. 

For that reason, we will carry out remote control sessions in line with performing our duties as IT Support.

Onsite Support

Onsite when you need us

Should it be required  we will attend site as soon as possible to resolve issues and complete requests for PC’s, Servers or Network services. 


Unlike other providers, with Q Networks there will never be a charge for this service even if we are onsite every day when included within your plan. 


Rest assured – if you need us, we’ll be there.

Cloud Backup

Protect Your Business Data

We are proud to offer you one of the most secure, reliable and feature rich backup services that exists today ensuring your data is not only secure but can be reliably recovered whenever its needed. To make life simple for you and avoid the myriad of options and costings, we have developed a fully inclusive agreement with Acronis that keeps our Cloud Backup service costs simple - that way they are easy to budget for and scale as required.


£60 per month per unit (x1 unit = 500GB) - there is no limit on the number of devices that can use this space, simply a limit on the space itself.


Need more space? Just buy as many additional units as is required. 


Don't need the space anymore? Let us know and we'll scale back your units as needed.


Services included

We provide the following services:

  • Deploying the cloudspace tenant for your data
  • Designing backup plan(s)  (depending on your Support Contract)
  • Deploying backup agents to required machines
  • Creation of an email notification account for the customer to get updates on backup success/failures
  • Assistance in the recovery of data in the event of  individual file loss or complete Disaster Recovery (this may be chargeable depending on your Support Contract)

Network Care

Comprehensive cover for all your network devices

Providing Unlimited remote and onsite cover for all your network devices including Firewalls, Wi-Fi, Routers & Switches. 


Network Care is offered included as part of our Total Care package. We understand every business has different needs, so we also offer this cover as a stand alone bolt on for all our other plans.


Contract Period Length

Choosing the commitment right for your business

This is the specified length of contract between Q Networks and the customer. Q Networks offer either a rolling monthly agreement which can be cancelled within 30 days or 12 months contract for our inclusive contracts.

Value Added benefits that make a real difference

Reduced Hourly Charge

 At Q Networks our aim is to ensure all of our contracted customers receive the best value for money; giving you peace of mind when you need to access support.
 
Any labour that that is not inclusive in your contract is discounted by 30% (vs. "ad-hoc" non contracted customers)

Flexible Support/Consultancy

If you've chosen Total, PC or Server Care then there's no limits - Unlimited support for your chosen platform(s) - Simple.


For those wanting a lower cost solution or to "test the water" our Foundations agreement allocates your business 1,2 or 5 Free Hours every month that you can use to request work from Q Networks.
 
This is an excellent add on that allows the you to log support issues and requests without receiving an additional invoice for work carried out. Any time worked in excess of your inclusive hours is charged at a reduced hourly charge (see above).
