Network Care is offered included as part of our Total Care package. We understand every business has different needs, so we also offer this cover as a stand alone bolt on for all our other plans.
This is the specified length of contract between Q Networks and the customer. Q Networks offer either a rolling monthly agreement which can be cancelled within 30 days or 12 months contract for our inclusive contracts.

At Q Networks our aim is to ensure all of our contracted customers receive the best value for money; giving you peace of mind when you need to access support.
Any labour that that is not inclusive in your contract is discounted by 30% (vs. "ad-hoc" non contracted customers)
If you've chosen Total, PC or Server Care then there's no limits - Unlimited support for your chosen platform(s) - Simple.
For those wanting a lower cost solution or to "test the water" our Foundations agreement allocates your business 1,2 or 5 Free Hours every month that you can use to request work from Q Networks.
This is an excellent add on that allows the you to log support issues and requests without receiving an additional invoice for work carried out. Any time worked in excess of your inclusive hours is charged at a reduced hourly charge (see above).
